Bloomin’ Marvellous Landscapes creates high-quality gardens for domestic clients across South West London. We’re looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper who takes real pride in their craft and enjoys building beautiful outdoor spaces.You’ll be part of a skilled team installing patios, fencing, decking and structural garden features for our landscaping projects.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, solving problems on site, and finishing the day knowing you’ve built something properly.
What You'll Be Doing
• Installing patios (natural stone, slabs and block paving)
• Building fencing, gates and garden boundaries
• Constructing timber and composite decking
• Preparing sub-bases, drainage and site foundations
• Laying turf and completing finishing details
• Working from drawings and setting out accurately
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and professional site
• Occasionally travelling between projects using a company vehicle
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years experience in hard landscaping
• Experience installing patios, fencing, decking and turf
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of sub-bases, drainage and materials
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Physically fit and happy working outdoors year-round
• Fluent spoken English
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
• CSCS card or construction certification
• First Aid training
• PA1 / PA6 certificates
• Experience operating mini-diggers or small plant
